You can return the items to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the products are in their original condition and the labels are still attached, otherwise we cannot accept the return.

Please always register your return in our returns portal before sending it back. You will also receive a return slip from us, which you can use for a simple return. An amount of €4.95 will be deducted from your refund.
